Description: A discussion of the various themes and stories in classic dystopian novels, including ‘1984’, ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’, and ‘The Hunger Games’, and in films such as ‘A Clockwork Orange’, ‘Escape from New York’, ‘Planet of the Apes’, and ‘Blade Runner’. Participants are encouraged to offer their own favorite novels and films for discussion
