Info Literacy for Everyday Life: Searching

Info Literacy for Everyday Life: Searching In-Person

There are many skills used in doing academic work that can be just as applicable to everyday life! In the workshop series "Info. Literacy for Everyday Life" we'll explore how those skills used for doing research in an academic context can also be valuable when used day to day.

In the first workshop of the series, we'll look at Searching. How to identify what your information need is, how to evaluate the results of a search and refine it, and how to most efficiently find what you're looking for!
