Description

Cook Library Room 206Z is furnished with 23 two-seat tables for a seating capacity of 46 persons. Space is available for additional tables and chairs if arranged in advance.

The presenter's station has a Crestron unit, Windows computer, and HDMI cable for presenter's laptop. The presenter's station is connected to two 36-inch monitors mounted at the front of the room.

Tables have wheels and may be arranged as needed, but should be returned to their original location at the conclusion of each event.

The highest priority for Cook Library Room 206Z is for Bower Center and University Libraries' functions. If the room is not needed by Southern Miss Athletics or University Libraries, it may be reserved by other university faculty and staff. Student organization advisors should reserve a room for student organization use. Standing meetings or classes will not be scheduled for this room.
